PORTLAND AREA MAPS
CITY CENTER: Both 9 x 12 and 11 x 17 sizes are available in full color versions, and an 8 x 10 size in single color. The Portland City Center Map includes points of interest, government buildings, sports facilities, MAX and Street Car routes, hospitals, etc. The area includes the I-5/I-405 loop plus some area east and west.

PORTLAND METRO AREA: This custom map covers the entire Portland Metropolitan area from Troutdale on the east to Forest Grove on the west and from Vancouver Washington on the north to Wilsonville and Canby on the south. The Portland Metro Map is 19 x 24 page size and includes freeways, highways and major streets. It was designed as a custom map for use primarily by real estate companies and their agents, but can be modified for other uses. It can also be printed larger as a wide format print suitable for a wall map.
The map used as an example is one that was recently customized for Ticor Title Insurance Company. They make copies available to their residential and commercial Real Estate Agent customers.

PORTLAND NEIGHBORHOOD MAP: This map is specifically designed for residential Real Estate Agents. It is similar to the custom Portland Metro Map, but the area covered has been reduced some. It has metro area neighborhoods and developments identified on the map.
The Portland Neighborhood Map was designed for agents to use to provide an overview of the metro area to help their customers in identifying the desirable location to purchase a home. These maps are 14 x 19, they are printed and in stock for purchase in quantities of 5 to 500.
LLOYD DISTRICT MAP: This map includes the area from the Willamette River to NE 17th Avenue and from NE Broadway Street to I-84. This map is a different design in that the streets are the background and the blocks are the foreground. The map was created primarily for use by hotels to provide their guests a map of the local area. It prints on a 9 x 12 page.

TIGARD/TUALATIN: Created for the Tigard/Tualatin School District, this map includes all streets and prints on a 20 x 24 page. It is updated every year with all the new streets, so it is a very current map.

VANCOUVER NEIGHBORHOOD MAP: This map includes the City of Vancouver and most of Clark County including the outlying communities. It is designed to be used by residential Real Estate Agents. The map shows neighborhoods and developments as well as the MLS areas. It prints on a 12 x 17 page and can be printed digital in smaller quantities as low as 50. These maps can be customized with your personal or company contact info.
